One of the breads we make here at the bakery is a gorgeous round boule - plain & rye. We thought we would share another way to serve the boule...
Bloomin' Onion Bread Recipe
1 Staat's Bakery Dutch Round Boule
1 8 oz Cheese
1/3 c butter melted
1 T Italian seasoning
1 T parsley
1/4-1/2 t onion powder & garlic powder
Preheat oven 350*F.
Cut bread lengthwise & widthwise without cutting through bottom of the bread.
Place on foil lined baking sheet.
Combine melted butter w/seasonings-set aside.
Slice cheese & arrange in between bread cracks.
Pour butter mixture in cracks of bread.
Cover with foil & bake 10 minutes.
Uncover & bake additional 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
